Datuk Shahrazi bin Sha’ari was appointed to the Board of Directors of M3nergy Berhad on 6 September 2004 as Group Managing Director cum Chief Executive Officer.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College, Minnesota USA.   Upon graduation, he was attached with a civil engineering company in the United States where he held a senior managerial position for five years.  Datuk Shahrazi returned to Malaysia in 1991 and has since held various positions including Executive Director of Wira Security Group of Companies and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Asia Consolidated Group of Companies.

Datuk Shahrazi was appointed to the Board of Directors of Malaysian Merchant Marine Berhad (”MMM”) on 8 August 2002 as Managing Director cum Chief Execuitve Officer. Subsequent to that, he was redesignated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of MMM on 2 May 2006.

Datuk Shahrazi does not have any shareholding in the Company nor any personal interest in any business arrangement involving the Company.

He has no family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder nor does he have any conflict of interest with the Company.  He has no conviction for any offences within the past ten years.
